Goal of the Programme
The Empowering Pearls Mentorship Programme aims to empower girls aged 12–17 to discover their potential, build confidence and resilience, develop positive values and leadership skills, and make informed choices that support their personal, academic, social, and career development.
Through mentorship, life-skills learning, wellness activities, creativity, and experiential experiences during the November Mombasa Camp, the programme seeks to nurture girls who are Precious, Empowered, Assertive, Resilient, and Loved (P.E.A.R.L.), equipped to navigate life with purpose, courage, and confidence.
Each girl is viewed as a precious Pearl with potential to grow and Shine
