Goals of a Perlas Girls Leadership Development Program (Ages 17+)

1. Develop Transformational Leaders

Equip young women with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead with integrity, vision, and accountability in their communities, workplaces, businesses, and public institutions.

2. Strengthen Personal Identity and Confidence

Help participants understand their strengths, values, purpose, and leadership potential while building resilience and emotional intelligence.

3. Prepare for Higher Education and Careers

Support participants in making informed academic and career choices through career guidance, mentorship, networking, and workplace readiness.

4. Foster Entrepreneurship and Financial Independence

Develop entrepreneurial thinking, business planning, financial literacy, investment awareness, and innovation to promote economic empowerment.
