The Girls’ P.E.A.R.L.Program:
The Girls’ Empowering Pearls Program is a 3- level program that prepares girls 12 – 17 years to meet the challenges of adolescence and complexities of 21st Century, through a coordinated, progressive series of high-quality activities and learning experiences that help them to achieve intellectual, social, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. Girls participate in mentoring as well as other activities that include:counselling, guidance sessions, and enrichment activities as they develop life skills and nurture values to lead themselves and others. They also gain the ability to analyze their own strengths and weaknesses, set personal and vocational goals, and have the self-confidence and resilience to pursue and achieve their goals. It’s a transformational journey that empower the girls to realize their potential and live fulfilled lives.

These goals can be adapted for girls aged Level 1 (12–15) , Level 2 (16–18), and Level 3 ,Leadership (19–24), depending on the needs of your mentorship program.
